While we love all of the children in our lives, we have decided to keep our wedding day adult-only.
We will have a selection of hors d'oeuvres available at the start of the meal and then there will be a salad, entree, and dessert course. Husk's menu changes daily and is curated by their James Beard Award Winning Chef. All we can tell you is that your entrée options will include a beef, pork, chicken and fish dish. A vegetarian option is available if you let us know at least 14 days before the wedding. Salads and desserts will be a delicious mystery.
Yes! As we do not have the traditional wedding party, we welcome any and all who would like to give a toast at the reception.
Any events that you are invited to will show up as an RSVP option for you when you RSVP for the wedding. You can RSVP for each individual event. We completely understand if you cannot attend them all.
Unfortunately, no. Due to the tiny size of our wedding, it was not feasible to get a hotel block and as everyone will likely choose different locations to stay, arranging transportation seemed like a logistical nightmare. We are hoping guests can carpool for this. We are recommending everyone stay within walking distance of the reception venue so you can drive back to your hotels after the ceremony and have a quick walk to the reception venue.
No! We know we are asking a lot of our guests to travel to Savannah, GA for our wedding and the only thing we wish for is your presence. However, if you would like to give a gift (seriously no pressure!), we do have a registry available comprised of a few physical gifts we have been wanting to replace or add-in to our collection of belongings, as well as cash donation options to be used for creating/experiencing our life together (help us save for a down payment, buy a honeymoon experience, etc).
Help us save 2.5% with options below - Feel free to bring anything physical with you to the wedding, send it through the mail (12321 Quiet Hollow Ct, Fairfax, VA 22033), or Venmo Jake (@jahascher) directly.
