Because we’re planning a destination wedding, we kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as you know your plans. If you already know you won’t be able to join us, please let us know right away—we completely understand that traveling isn’t possible for everyone, and your timely response will help us plan accordingly.
We’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration so everyone can enjoy a relaxed evening with us. We hope this gives you the chance to unwind and celebrate fully!
Attendance is limited to those named on the invitation. We’re so grateful for your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together.
We recommend booking flights and accommodations as soon as possible—ideally two to three months in advance—for the best rates and availability.
Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is the closest to downtown, the hotel, and the venue. Uber or Lyft rides typically cost $20-30 Provo Regional Airport (PVU) is located about one hour from downtown, the hotel, and the venue. Uber or Lyft rides are more limited and generally cost $50–75 If you’d like to coordinate Uber or Lyft pickups from SLC, please let Olivia know.
Please visit our Travel Page for detailed hotel recommendations. There are also several Airbnb's and VRBO's in the area.
Men: Slacks and dress shirts with sport coats or suits encouraged. Women: Long or midi dresses or elegant jumpsuits in bold colors or floral patterns. Comfort tip: The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, so consider footwear suitable for grassy surfaces.
The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, weather permitting. The venue also provides indoor seating for both the ceremony and reception in case of rain.
Late May temperatures in Salt Lake City typically range from 65 to 80 °F. Days are usually warm and sunny, but evenings are cooler, so consider bringing a light jacket or wrap. Rain is possible but uncommon at this time of year.
Salt Lake City is easy to navigate, with Uber and Lyft readily available throughout the area. Downtown is also quite walkable. We don’t recommend renting a car unless you plan to explore the surrounding mountains or parks.
