Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. The reception will be indoors.

What should I wear?

Answer

Wedding formal attire. The ceremony and cocktail hour are located outside, so please dress accordingly to the weather.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

To help us stay on schedule, we recommend arriving by 6:30PM- at least a half hour before the ceremony begins. This will ensure everyone is seated on time, and welcome drinks will be available for early arrivals.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

As much as we love kids, we'd like you to join in the celebration and enjoy a night off, so we're requesting that the kids stay home.

Will transportation be provided from the hotels to the wedding?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle bus that will pick and drop off guests at the Hilton Hotel and the Holiday Inn.

What about my dietary restrictions?

We have worked closely with the Swan Club to make sure there are a variety of options that meet everyone's dietary needs.

When does the reception end?

Our reception ends at 12:30am, just enough time for you to show off those dance moves
