Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

If I'm not staying at one of the hotels, can I still take the shuttle to and from the venue?

Answer

Absolutely! Just make sure to arrive at The Gwen at the designated time and you're more than welcome to hop on the shuttle!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy, please let us know and we can work with the caterers to do our best to honor your request.

Are you having an after party?

Answer

Yes! Our reception ends at 12am, but the party continues on the second floor of our venue from 12am-1:30am. The space is accessible by stairs or elevator and will include drinks, late night snacks, and a DJ. For those who decide to stay late and continue the celebration, there will also be shuttle service to take guests back around 1:30-2am. If you would like to venture back to the hotel after the ceremony, there will be shuttle service back to both hotels.

Are there restrictions with COVID 19?

Answer

We are hoping that by the time our wedding comes, COVID 19 will be behind us. However, we never know these days! If you are healthy and able to get vaccinated, we strongly encourage you to do so prior to joining us for our special day. This alleviates some stress on our end and allows everyone to safely enjoy themselves without worrying about getting sick or getting others sick. And of course, if you are sick with any kind of bug, please stay home and take care of yourself!
