One of the most special things about our friendship is not only has it endured time, but also distance. No matter how far or how long it has been since we saw each other, we always share one of the greatest sisterhoods.

Skyler and I met at my first college CCU. We also spent a summer in Nashville together playing ball and that is where our friendship really grew. We spent nights out at the honky tonk screaming Morgan Wallen at the top of our longs. Not only have we shared more than laughs, but also the hardship of being an athlete. Skyler was there for me when I needed her most. She is so positive, selfless, and kind and you will truly never feel a lack of love from this girl!!

Man! Have Mya and I been through some crap... yes! Mya is the type of friend that you want on your roster. She is tough, resilient, loving, and most of all loyal! I fully believe she would take a bullet, hide a body, or maybe even take someone out for me. (ask her about her military experience) All jokes aside Mya is a great friend and someone who I have always been able to count on and I am so happy I get to call her my friend!

Syd is truly one of the strongest people I know, not just in the way she faces challenges, but in the way she pours so much love, care, and empathy into everyone around her. She has the biggest heart and has been such a steady source of encouragement and comfort in my life. Nat and I met in the outfield at STU, and I’ll admit I was a little intimidated at first (being European automatically made her way too cool in my eyes)…but after six months of playing right next to her, I realized she’s just as quirky and funny as I am. One of my favorite things about Nat is her laugh — it’s hands-down the best I’ve ever heard and completely contagious. Honestly, I think she’s one of the funniest people I know, but even more than that, she’s also one of the most loving. Nat has so much love to give, and she shows it every single day.

Bianca was my very first friend at STU, and from the beginning she made me feel like I belonged. We started out having late night chats at "the rat," and extra batting after practice, it so turned into a friendship that was more like sisterhood. I don’t think I would have become the player or the person that I am today without. Her encouragement, honesty, and loyalty have carried me through more than she probably even realizes.

Gabby and I met my first year at STU playing softball together. We spent most of the time out at the beach and drinking a few beach buckets. We would talk for hours about life and of course softball. But what I mainly learned from gabby was that she was resilient and have overcome many obstacles. She has done it by staying fearless and always outsmarting any problem that comes her way. She is one of the smartest people I know because she works hard and takes every opportunity to learn. She always inspires me to be better and to think harder.

Jade has been such an important part of my life, and our friendship is one that has always been full of love, support, and laughter. She has the kind of presence that makes everyone around her feel cared for, and she’s been there for me in ways that I’ll never forget. I got the chance to play two years next to her and she was an unspoken leader of the team that pushed us towards her positivity and light. When you are around her it is almost impossible to feel anything other than happiness. I am beyond blessed to have someone so unique in my life.

Mason isn't just my brother but he has been one my closest confidant and my biggest supporter for as long as I can remember. Growing up, we fought like brothers did but also shared in countless adventures and creating memories that still make us laugh today. Mason has this incredible way of always being exactly where you need him, when you need him most. His unwavering loyalty and genuine heart make him not just the obvious choice for best man, but truly the best man I know. I couldn't imagine standing at the altar without my brother by my side.

Carl is more than just my first cousin he's family in every sense of the word. Whether we're shooting guns, riding horses, or chasing antelope, we always have a good time together. What strikes everyone about Carl is his enormous heart and his ability to make anyone laugh. He has this amazing talent for excelling at just about everything he tries, but it's his genuine care for the people in his life that makes him truly special.

We met at CCU playing baseball together, and Connor is the type of guy who would always be there for you, no matter what. Our friendship has taken us everywhere since then. Whether we're moving across the country, lifting weights, sparring, hunting elk, or sharing a Czechvar beer, Connor brings the same genuine energy to everything we do. He's as loyal as they come and has become one of my best friends. Having someone like Connor, who I know I can count on for anything, standing with me on my wedding day means everything.

He has been one of my oldest friends, going all the way back to elementary school. I still remember him getting me in trouble in 2nd grade, but for some reason we've been friends ever since. That pretty much sums up Kevin: he's the kind of friend who can drag you into mischief and somehow make it the best time you've ever had. Kevin is tough, loyal, and funny, and his sense of humor has kept me laughing for decades.

We met in elementary school, and Eric and I have been friends for a long time. We were always competing in sports together, constantly pushing each other to be the best. What sets Eric apart is his incredibly positive attitude: he's the kind of person who lifts everyone around him up. Eric is loyal and supportive of everything, always showing up when it matters most.

We met in elementary school, and Ryan and I have been competing ever since. We played almost every sport you could think of, always pushing each other to be better. We've known each other for so long that we almost know every detail in each other's lives. Ryan is an outstanding human being who's incredibly hardworking and has a big heart.

Riley has been a friend since elementary school, and he's the kind of guy who is always there for you, even to the detriment of himself. He's someone who brings fun to every situation while also being the guy you can count on when it matters most. Riley has a good heart and an unwavering loyalty that's rare to find.

I had the honor and joy of having Stan as my father. While he passed and went to be with the Lord in 2024 and cannot be here physically, he leaves a lasting legacy based on laughter, kindness and what I can only think is Christ like love. He was able to make everyone feel seen and could always make me laugh even in the heaviest moments. He was always a protector, my hero, and also my best friend. I wouldn’t be the man I am today without his lessons and guidance and will forever have him in my heart and mind. I remember in some of the last conversations I had with him, he mentioned how happy he was for us and how he knew the Lord would bless Kaitlynn and I and how the lord has a plan for us. He would’ve wanted everyone at our wedding to raise a glass, to dance until their feet ached, to laugh until tears streamed down their faces and to cry because that is exactly what he would have done. I love you pops!

Belinda, otherwise known to me as "Mom," was an amazing mother. She was always there no matter what, even if I didn't know I needed her. With one of the best senses of humor and the ability to love like no other, she taught me that the world belongs to the risk taker and to always hang on to the people you love. She's never afraid to go against the grain and has always wanted the best for my brother and me, even if it meant sacrifice on her part. I may not say it enough, but I am grateful for this woman and know I would not be who I am without her.

This man is not only the father of the bride, but the first man the bride ever loved. He showed me how to be loved and how to give love. He did this by showing up to 5th grade lunches with sushi and chocolate strawberries, valentines day scavenger hunts, never missing a single ballgame, and long nights of an impatient 14 year old trying to hit a little yellow ball. This man has made me into the woman I am today and without him, I would not have the courage or wisdom to succeed.

Kim Martinez is quite literally the picture perfect mother. She has been a constant role model for what exactly a good wife and mother is. She is the MOST selfless person I know and has the patience of an angel. She is always there for you when you forgot your cleats, first day of school outfits, advise about friends, and when you just need a good cry. This woman is truly a gift and has shaped me into the woman I am today.
