Welcome Party

7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Casual Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or summer dress and button ups with slacks and/or jacket.

Welcome party to say hi to the bride and groom before the big day! Feel free to pop in for a quick hello or stay a while and enjoy the view. There will be a few light bites in addition to wine and cocktails. This event will not have any parking close to the conference center, so guests will either need to walk to the conference center on the hill or be dropped off and other party member park car below. Please plan shoes accordingly.

Wedding Ceremony

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

While the ceremony will be held outside on the pavilion lawn, the reception will be celebrated mostly indoors with some exposure to the cooler evening mountain weather.
