What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 3:30 PM to allow time for parking and getting settled. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM.

Will the ceremony & reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held outside. Please make sure to dress accordingly and double check the weather. It gets hot in Sacramento in June!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code semi-formal. Please no jeans, we look forward to celebrating with you in your best attire!

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to have an adult's only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!

Will there be a shuttle service?

Answer

A shuttle will be provided for our guests. Pickup will be from the Hilton Garden Inn in Elk Grove, CA at 3:15 PM, with a return shuttle to the hotel departing at 10:00PM.

What's the parking situation?

Answer

Parking will be available at the venue. There will not be a valet, however, there will be employees from the venue directing cars where to go to avoid confusion. We also encourage lyft, uber, or carpooling if possible.
