What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Dover Hall Estate between 4:15 and 4:45pm.

How do I get there from the hotel?

Answer

We will have shuttles from Hyatt House Richmond West; the finalized timing of the pickup will come closer to the wedding date. There is parking at the venue if you’d like to drive yourself. If you require handicap parking, please let us know ahead of time.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal, so women should wear formal dresses or jumpsuits. Men are asked to wear suit and tie or tuxedos. This is an indoor wedding, but there is a coat check, so feel free to wear any outerwear you need!

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Please let us know on your RSVP card. The culinary team at Dover Hall makes fantastic exceptions to the preselected meal choices you’re given.

Can we stay Friday night and Saturday night?

Of course! After the rehearsal dinner, we plan to hang out at a bar in Short Pump Town Center- we’d love to see you!

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
