BEYUL Retreat Breathwork & Cold Plunge Experience

Swim Attire
The experience begins with a breathwork session to activate and prepare the body, followed by a cold plunge. You'll apply techniques introduced during the breathwork to support and guide you through the plunge. Participants will meet at the Main Lodge before heading down to the river. There are several designated spots on the property, and the group leader will choose the location for the day. Recommended to wear a bathing suit and bringing a water bottle. Swim shoes are optional, and BEYUL Retreat will provide Turkish towels for guests to use. No advanced sign-up required.
