We’ll be at the resort from April 1st through April 8th, and we’d love to see you there! Feel free to start your vacation whenever works best for you—our room block is available from March 31st to April 9th to give everyone plenty of flexibility.
Please book your stay directly through the link in the "Travel" section. If you have any questions, reach out to Jake or Cash. If you’re planning to stay for less than three nights, please contact us before booking. Hyatt Ziva has two towers—Club and Main. Both have been recently updated and are great options. Club Tower rooms are slightly larger and offer access to a first-floor bar with premium liquor and quick bites. Our ceremony will take place on the Sky Penthouse Terrace in the main tower, and the reception will take place on the The Terrace located by club tower and pickle ball courts.
Please book your trip shortly after you have RSVP'd. Your card will not be charged until 60 days before the trip. Waiting too long to reserve rooms will result in rooms being released from our room block and the current price will no longer be locked in.
While we love your kids, we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a night off and celebrate with us!
Hyatt Ziva offers four restaurants, and reservations are highly recommended. Many guests book all their dinner reservations upon arrival. If you wait until the same day, expect later dining times. For a more flexible dining experience, there’s a buffet and sports bar that don’t require reservations. There’s also a coffee shop with grab-and-go options and 24/7 room service, all included in your stay! Check out the resort’s website for dining options, maps, and all the activities available during your stay. https://hzpv.resortsbyhyatt.com/#/property-hub
Tipping is suggested. We’ve heard amazing things about the Hyatt Ziva staff, and their exceptional service is one of the many reasons we chose this resort. Both USD and Pesos are accepted.
Besides the essentials, Sunscreen – Bring plenty! The resort charges a lot for it. Pool Floats – They’re allowed, so bring one if you’d like! Reusable Straws – We’ve heard mixed reports on whether the resort provides straws, so bring some if that’s important to you!
Like many resorts in Mexico, you might be approached about a "membership program" (aka timeshare), especially around check-in. If you're not interested, a simple "no, thank you" works just fine. Some guests choose to attend for free perks — totally up to you!
