Due to the nature of a holiday weekend wedding, we need a little extra time to ensure everything will be perfect for our guests! We ask that RSVP's are in by July 1, 2026.
If you know you’ll be able to join us, please let us know when you RSVP prior to July 1! If you have a last minute change of plans and would like to come, you are more than welcome to. We can’t wait to spend some quality time with you prior to the wedding day chaos!
Please plan to arrive at the church by 1:30pm at the latest to ensure plenty of time to find parking and get settled in before we begin at 2! The Basilica is located in the beautiful historic district of Wilmington and may require you to locate street parking a block or two away. Pro tip: drop the ladies off at the front door!
We kindly request formal attire for our wedding celebration. Gentlemen, suits and ties are encouraged. Ladies, we welcome long gowns or elegant cocktail dresses. As we’ll be celebrating in the summer, feel free to choose light, breathable fabrics and cheerful seasonal colors. We also request that the color white be reserved for the bride!
All "plus ones" are named specifically in the RSVP portal. If your significant other has been invited, their name will pop with yours when you RSVP! Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate additional guests at this time.
We love your kiddos and the light they bring, but for this special day we’re keeping the celebration just for grown-ups with the sweet exception of the children participating in our ceremony. We hope you enjoy a carefree evening of love, laughter, and maybe a little dancing, too!
Yes! Cars can be left overnight after the reception, but they must be retrieved by 10 am Sunday, September 6!
