Picture this; first day of college and Alison is moving from her small town in Vermont into a forced triple dorm room with Katelyn and another freshman at Northeastern University in Boston. College was the beginning of Alison and Katelyn's friendship. Katelyn took off to Colorado for her pediatric residency after medical school and Alison to Ontario for veterinary school. They have supported each other through everything in between. They like to (inappropriately) joke there's not much difference in their patients, since *most* of them can't talk.
Malika Ladak

Let's face it, Malika was on the front line during vet school. Alison and Malika were part of the same practice group from day one at veterinary school. Malika's sunny disposition brightens even the darkest days of gloomy anatomy studying. In third year they were in the same junior surgery team and housemates for third and fourth year of vet school. She is truly an invaluable and lifelong friend.
Cassia Michel

Cassia and Alison met in veterinary school and lived together during 3rd and 4th year, along with Malika. Cass has remained an integral part of Alison's support system even after vet school. From marathon nights of studying on the couch to texting each other hundreds of miles away, Cassia will forever be the calm-and-collected ying to Alison's yang.

Ollie and Jake met at a memorial day BBQ 2014. Ollie introduced Jake into his group of friends and the two quickly became close, bonding over the love of E46 BMWs and all things car-related. Alison and Jake lived with Ollie for a short while on 45 prospect (as everyone does at some point). If you need a shoulder to lean on or someone to work on your car, Ollie's your man.
Mike Reilly

Mike and Jake met through a group of friends at a Halloween party right after Jake graduated from college. The two of them are like peanut butter and jelly. For a few years Jake, Alison and Mike were roommates. Mike shares common values as Alison & Jake such as; cats should rule the house you live in and Game of Thrones premiers are basically a national holiday.
Dave Kerley
Groomsman
Dave is Jake's brother-in-law, Dave has been in Jake's life since he started dating Jake's sister Samantha 14 years ago. Since then, Dave has been an older brother figure to Jake and always available to gather advice from. Jake remembers being a groomsman in their wedding at age 20 and is thrilled to have him as one of his. Also, he's the first person we will consult for Halloween Decoration advice.
Frank Earl

The first thing to be noted is that Frank is an honorary bridesman. Alison holds original claim to Frank as the two met at a dance party in 2013. Alison and Frank are soulmates, almost too much the same person. Enter Jake; Frank and Jake became very close after Alison introduced them, and roommates with Ollie shortly after. Frank has been an invaluable part of the growth of Alison & Jake's relationship.
