This service is available exclusively to guests booking stays of 4 nights or more on the Moon Palace Jamaica website. - Once your booking has been confirmed, please visit https://transfersweb.palaceresorts.com/ and complete the form with your confirmation number, arrival details, and number of guests, no later than 48 hours before your check-in date.
