What if I do not want to stay at the Hard Rock?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the resort being an all-inclusive resort, securing day passes for guests to attend the events are difficult and are not able to be accommodated.

How many nights should I book?

Answer

That’s completely up to you! We’ll be in Cabo from March 31 – April 7. Wedding events run from April 1 – April 5, but this is also your vacation—feel free to stay as long (or as little) as you’d like and make the trip your own!

What if I want to book the Hard Rock on a third party website?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to logistical constraints involved with our events, we require you to book the hotel stay via the booking link mentioned in the booking details.

Is transportation to and from Cabo Airport included in the hotel price?

Answer

Yes! Round-trip transfers between Cabo Airport and the hotel are included for up to 2 guests per room. If more than 2 guests are booked in the same room, additional guests can use the same transfer service for an additional fee. After booking, you’ll receive an email to confirm your transportation details (our agent will also send reminders so nothing gets missed). There is a private van option for up to 10 passengers. For more information, please respond to the email you receive regarding transportation details.

I am not sure if I am able to attend, should I wait closer to the wedding date to book?

Answer

We strongly suggest you book your rooms as soon as you are able to. As previously mentioned on the accommodations section; the DEADLINE to book your room is OCTOBER 21, 2025.

What are the age groups and price categories for my children?

Answer

Children and babies aged 12 and under are free Children 13 and older are charged $146USD per night

Question

Can I use points or a reward system to book my hotel stay?

Answer

Because our hotel has created a special booking link just for our wedding group, reward programs (such as points or loyalty systems) unfortunately cannot be applied to your accommodation. If you’d like to use your points, we recommend putting them toward your flights instead.

Do we have a registry?

Answer

No, we do not have a registry. Your presence in Cabo means the world to us, and we know that traveling for our wedding already requires a big commitment of time and expense. We truly appreciate the effort you are making to celebrate with us, and your being there is the greatest gift of all.
