Along with vaccination we will require guests be tested for COVID prior to the events. Please note that the Government now requests proof of vaccination and negative test prior to entering the country. In RSVP tab let us know if you're coming and meal choices.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! See our "Travel" page for more information on hotels we recommend and two with blocked rooms for our event. Please try and book as soon as you know your plans to ensure you get the block rate.

Question

Is there a chance the wedding will be postponed due to COVID-19?

Answer

We will continue you to monitor the situation in Guatemala, the USA, and other countries guests may be traveling from. At this point we are planning to move forward as scheduled with all the guests we have invited. If Guatemala introduces restrictions in travel or size of events, we would consider postponing the date. We are hoping to make this kind of decision no later than 2 months out from the wedding but given the unpredictability of events today we apologize if we have to make last minute decisions. We encourage you to book flights with no fees for changing or cancelling (be careful of Basic Economy tickets for this reason) and most hotels have no cancellation fees up to a week out from the reservation.

Question

What is your plan for COVID-19 testing or vaccination?

Answer

In addition to COVID vaccination, you must provide a COVID test (PCR or antigen) within 3 days of your flight per Guatemala's guidelines. Effective January 10, 2022, passengers who are neither Guatemalan citizens nor Guatemalan residents will be required to present both of the following: For all travelers aged 12 and over: Evidence of receiving a complete two-dose COVID-19 vaccination course (or one dose for Johnson & Johnson), with the final dose being administered at least two weeks before beginning your trip to Guatemala; and For all travelers aged 10 and over: Proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test from a certified lab conducted no more than three (3) days prior to check in at the airport or arrival at the land border.

Question

Cual es el plan por COVID?

Answer

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately at this time we are not able to extend the invitation to children as well, as much as we would love to be inclusive of all family members. We understand this may make it harder to attend a destination wedding but given the current uncertainties regarding vaccination protocols for children and the additional logistical considerations, we feel it is best we limit the events to adults only. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes! It’s on our Website with links to any external stores too.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We need meal choices and RSVP by January 11th

For all the days along the way
