Question

Health & Safety Update

Answer

Dear Friends and Family, Please note, the health and safety of our guests is very important, we are asking all guests and vendors who are attending our wedding in-person to be vaccinated before attending the wedding. If you are choosing to not be vaccinated or vaccination is not possible (and we understand it may not be), please plan to celebrate our wedding in a different capacity. We hope to celebrate with you all soon — you can RSVP anytime on our site. Feel free to reach out with any specific questions. With Love, Jaime & Patrick

Question

RSVP- BY July 30th 2021

Answer

Let us know if you are able to celebrate with us! If you cannot, we understand and know you will be there in spirit. Question

When is the Wedding?

Answer

Sunday!!! But hope you can join us on Saturday for the Welcome BBQ. Check out the Schedule for more information.

Question

WILL THERE BE A CEREMONY?

Answer

Yes, it will be brief so don’t be late or miss the shuttle. After the festivities will begin! We can’t wait to spend the evening celebrating with you.

Question

WILL THERE BE A COCKTAIL HOUR?

Answer

Absolutely! After the ceremony we will kick off celebrating with cocktail hour with appetizers and libations.

Question

WILL THERE BE A SHUTTLE TO THE CEREMONY AND WEDDING

Answer

Yes, we will be providing a shuttle service to the Welcome BBQ and Ceremony/Reception site. When we get closer to the event we will update this page with pick-up locations and times. Be sure to check back for information.

Question

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

We love everyone's littles but to allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we have decided to only include those in our immediate family at the ceremony and reception. We respectfully ask that no other children attend the ceremony or reception. All little ones welcome to the Welcome BBQ (Children under 12 DO NOT need to be vaccinated to attend the Welcome BBQ).

Question

HOW CAN I FIND CHILDCARE?

Answer

Please contact the following babysitter services recommended by our wedding planner. -Steamboat Babysitting Company: https://www.steamboatbabysitting.com/ -Resort Sitters: https://www.resortsitters.com/steamboat-babysitters/ -Steamboat Nannies- https://www.steamboatnannies.com/ If you are having trouble finding a sitter, let us know and we can reach out to our wedding planner and locals.

Question

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

We’re getting married outdoors; the grass where the ceremony and cocktail hour lawn may be soft and not very stiletto-friendly. Dress is cocktail and semi-formal attire (suits, cocktail dresses(short and long), and dressy jumpers). The reception will be held an indoor venue. Nights in Steamboat tend to get chilly, so you might want to bring something to throw on when the sun goes down! Weather in Colorado can be unpredictable, snow, rain, and sun can happen all in an hour. We have an alternative plan for rain or snow, we recommend packing a light jacket and layers for the wedding weekend.

Question

WILL RUTHERFORD BE THERE?

Answer

He may make an appearance.... No other pets allowed at the Private Ranch where the festivities are taking place.
