The Hamil Family is hosting a welcome BBQ from 4-7:30pm, come whenever you would like or stay the entire time. There will be delicious food, drinks, and music. Shuttles will be provided starting at 4pm until 5pm. There will be 3 pick up spots: The Residence Inn The Sheraton The WellsFargo Parking Lot: https://goo.gl/maps/rVx9qMRocxRZKVgp6 Locals and guests at airbnbs, please take the shuttle from one of the pick up spots. There is limited parking at the ranch. You can park for free and overnight at the Wellsfargo parking lot. Return shuttles will run from 7-8pm and drop off at the three pick up locations. Your driver may be able to drop off at your airbnb or home, inquire nicely.

Ceremony, Cocktails, Dinner and Dancing

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Shuttles will be provided at 3:15pm, please do not be late.
