When you are on I-40 heading east from Oklahoma, take exit 41 toward Altus. After 0.2 miles, turn right onto N. Champagne Drive and go for 3 miles. Then, turn left onto Fair Haven Road. Fair Haven at the Vineyards will be on your right in 0.3 miles.
When you are on I-40 heading west from Central Arkansas, take exit 41 toward Altus. After 0.3 miles, turn left onto N. Champagne Drive and go for 3.2 miles. Then, turn left onto Fair Haven Road. Fair Haven at the Vineyards will be on your right in 0.3 miles.
