The Strength Shop
Jaelynn’s family is proud to own The Strength Shop in Boone—a beloved local gym and the heart of their community, born from her Dad’s lifelong dream. The couple plans to squeeze in a morning workout in Court’s memory Friday September 12th around 8:30am, and you’re warmly invited to join them. All day Friday, September 12th, the gym will be open to all our friends and family. Stop by to see the space or get in a quick workout, everyone is welcome.

Ready for something totally unique? Boone’s Rail Explorers is a fun, pedal-powered ride along old train tracks with amazing views of the Iowa countryside. It’s perfect for even number groups and a great way to enjoy the outdoors together—just make sure to book ahead, as spots fill up fast!

Just a short drive away, the High Trestle Trail Bridge is a must-see for its stunning views—day or night. It’s an easy walk, or for a little extra fun, you can rent motorized bikes at Local Spokes in nearby Slater, Iowa. Perfect for a memorable outing together!

Perfect for families and kids (and kids at heart!), the Iowa Arboretum’s Treehouse Village is a fun, accessible spot to climb, play, and explore—all surrounded by beautiful gardens and nature trails. Everyone will enjoy reaching new heights together! Check out the treehouses, suspension bridges, and plenty of space to run around.
