What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Seating begins at 3:30 PM and the ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM. We encourage you to arrive early so you can choose your "special seat" for the evening and settle in before the celebration begins!

Is there a dress code?

Can I bring a date?

We’ve carefully planned our guest list to include everyone we can accommodate, and our invitations have been addressed to those specifically included in your party. Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only those named on your invitation join us for the celebration.

Are kids welcome?

We love the energy and sense of adventure that kids bring! If your child’s name appears when you RSVP, please feel free to bring them along. If you’d prefer a night out just for the grown-ups, that’s encouraged, too!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary needs when you RSVP, so we can make careful arrangements with our caterers to ensure everyone enjoys the meal safely and comfortably.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes, there is on-site parking available. Please plan to arrive a bit early, as parking is a short walk from the festivities and you’ll want enough time to get settled before the ceremony begins. For guests who deserve VIP valet treatment, an attendant will be available to direct you to the drop-off area for easy access. For guests who prefer not to drive and plan to enjoy the evening, Uber should be available to and from the venue. We also recommend T & J Taxi Service at 515-298-1045 for a reliable ride.
