Question

What can I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Our preferred color scheme consist of earth tones. However, please refrain from wearing any shade of orange. We ask all of our guests to wear beachy semi-formal attire at the wedding. This includes suits, ties, linen suits for the gentlemen and cocktail dresses for the ladies. Thank you

How can I get from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

*The rental car selections at the airport are Thrifty, Budget, Alamo, Avis, and Payless rental car company *The hotel does not have or offer shuttle services. *There is a $30/day parking fee for all guess per vehicle at the hotel *Estimated Taxi Fare is $95 one way from airport to hotel

There are more than two guests staying in my room. How do I book that?

Answer

Please book your room reservation with two guests to ensure that the room rate does not increase. (There is an extra charge for rooms with more than two guests.) In the comment section, please note that you would like two queen beds.

Can I bring additional guests to the wedding?

Answer

Due to COVID restrictions, there is a strict limit on the number guests that can attend the wedding. Anyone can accompany you to Hawaii and stay at the resort with you. Unfortunately, the guest list for the wedding is limited to those invited. Our sincere apologies.

What if I am arriving before Sunday?

Answer

Hotel Westin Hapuna is booked Friday and Saturday. However, there is a sister hotel you can reserve with the following link: https://book.passkey.com/e/50193103 for $325 plus taxes and fees. The Westin Hapuna has rooms from Sunday and beyond.

Aloha from the Big Island Below is the website you need to go to and add your trip and vaccination records within 24 hours of arrival. Please log back in and take the questionnaire. Once you complete the questionnaire you will receive your QRS code. Please take a screenshot of it because you will need to show it to the airline staff. Travel.Hawaii.gov When you arrive to your last leg before Hawaii, ask the gate agent where you can get cleared for Hawaii. Most major airlines, will “pre-clear” you and give you a wristband so you can avoid long lines in Hawaii to get in. You will need your ID and physical vaccination card. I would HIGHLY advise this if you have enough time between layovers. It took us about 10 minutes. We can’t wait to see you all and fly safely. Traveling Mercies, The Future Mr. & Mrs. Bivens

If you are renting a car, you will take a shuttle from airport, I’d suggest dividing and conquering. Someone grab the bags, while the driver goes to pick up the car. When you go to pick up the car you will have to refer back to your handy dandy travel website. This time when you log in and go to your trip after you’ve received your QRS code, you will see it and if you scroll all the way to the bottom you’ll see two green checks next to screened and exempt. Wedding Ceremony Updates

Hello family and friends aloha. Seating will be begin at 3:00 pm and we ask that all guest be seated by 3:45 pm at the latest. We want to begin right away as sunset will come quickly. We can’t not wait to see each and every one of you.
