The wedding ceremony will begin punctually at 5:00 pm. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to find parking and locate the ceremony area.
The dress code for the wedding ceremony is semi-formal, and the dress code for the reception is semi-formal/ casual. There is no color scheme you should adhere to, but if you would like, the color scheme for the reception decor is sage green, black, and white.
Please only RSVP for the guests the Bride and Groom agreed to during any pre-invitation conversations.
Kiddos are welcome; however, include them in your RSVP as the food served is based on an approximate headcount.
Onsite parking is provided next door to CLAY in the First Baptist lot. If the First Baptist lot is unavailable, Clay Venues will find a reasonable substitute. All vehicles will be off the property by 11:59 p.m. Vehicles left overnight will result in a $100 charge per vehicle.
No transportation will be provided. However, you may utilize Uber and Lyft services.
NO. Smoking tobacco, vape pens, marijuana, or any other substance is prohibited inside Clay Venues. Smoking of tobacco is ONLY allowed off Clay Venues' property. Marijuana, in any form, is strictly prohibited in any and all areas of the Clay Venues property. If any Marijuana is brought or smoked on the venue premises, including but not limited to the parking lot and indoor/outdoor spaces, the violator will be asked to dispose of said substances or asked to leave and will be fined $1,000.
No. Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing their own alcohol (BYO), engaging in self-service alcohol, or consuming outside alcohol, including personal flasks. *Alcoholic beverages will be served during the ceremony.
The greatest gift is your presence on our special day. However, should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, wedding cards can be dropped in the card box at the reception or scan our QR codes on display.
