By when and how should I RSVP?

We provided an RSVP deadline and instructions on your formal invitation. RSVPs are now closed. Looking forward to seeing you all in Mariposa!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but are unable to invite kids to our wedding. They are definitely welcome to come to the before and after celebrations as those are informal. We hope that the advance notice means you will still attend!

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a guest, their name will have appeared on the online RSVP page. We are honored to be hosting you all while we celebrate and want to make sure we are prioritizing those closest to us.

What are the weather and climate like in the area?

Answer

Mariposa in the springtime is warm during the day and potentially cooler at night, so we recommend a light wrap or layers to cover bare shoulders and sunglasses for the outdoor ceremony.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be a selection of liquor cocktails, beer, wine and sober-friendly celebratory options as well as standard mixers and water for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception. Cheers!

Is there parking for all the wedding events?

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Because many guests are staying in vacation homes and rentals throughout the area, we won’t be organizing group transportation. We suggest coordinating rides with others staying nearby or planning ahead for safe transportation to and from the venue. Ride shares may be available if arranged ahead of time, so we recommend planning in advance for a smooth and safe evening. I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! We want to make sure everyone is safely feasting and celebrating. We have accommodations planned for most allergies, please feel free to reach out with any concerns.

Any local recommendations for coffee or breakfast?

Answer

If you want predictable, there is a Starbucks. We also love local spots like the High Country Health Foods & Cafe. We've heard great things about Cinnamon Roll Bakery & Cafe as well as Sticks Coffee, Jantz Bakery and Pony Expresso Coffee House.
