WHAT ARE THE DINNER OPTIONS LISTED ON THE RSVP?

Answer

Option 1: Chicken Milanese, Chicken Milanese- Thinly sliced Breaded Chicken Breast pan fried, with sliced Grape Tomatoes and Arugula finished with an Aged Balsamic Glaze. Option 2: Blackened Salmon in a Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce. Option 3: Pork Tenderloin, stuffed with Fresh Spinach and Provolone Cheese topped in a Rosemary and Fresh Garlic Demi Glaze. Option 4 (Vegetarian): Eggplant Rollatini | stuffed with Fresh Ricotta Cheese in a Tomato Basil Sauce

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY, CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST/ WHAT IF I'M VEGAN, VEGETARIAN, GLUTEN FREE, OR DAIRY FREE?

Answer

Yes, when you RSVP please indicate your allergy or dietary restrictions so we can let the venue know and assure your food comes out to your liking. Please see question above for meal options/vegetarian option. If you need a special request, please write on the rsvp card or contact us via email at Fusarotobe@gmail.com.

WHY DO I NEED TO INDICATE EACH ATTENDING PERSONS MEAL ON THE RSVP WHEN SENDING IT BACK?

Answer

Our venue needs a strict count of meals prior to the day. When RSVPing, please write who and what meal they are choosing before sending back. Your meal will be attached to your specific seat. If you have questions regarding this, please email Fusarotobe@gmail.com. We would be happy to clarify and help to keep the flow of service organized and efficient for our special day.

CAN I BRING GUESTS / +1'S NOT NOTED ON MY INVITATION?

Answer

We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. Due to limited availability due to COVID 19, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

HOW DO I SEND THE RSVP BACK?

Answer

Simply tear off the RSVP on the bottom, indicate your attendance, indicate each person's meal, and simply drop the postcard back into your mailbox, at the post office, or hand it to your friendly mailman/mailwoman. In an effort to reduce waste, be sustainable, and be eco-friendly, there is no envelope required and a stamp is provided!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our evening. Be sure to wear your dancing shoes!

IS THERE PARKING FOR THE CEREMONY OR RECEPTION?

Answer

The Hamilton Manor has plenty of parking. Both ceremony and reception will be held here so once you park, you have arrived for our special day! Please do not drink & drive, you may leave your car there overnight.

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

Both are indoors! The ceremony will take place in the venue's open-air outdoor barn. In addition to open walls, the barn has an updated HVAC system that meets COVID standards. The Cocktail Hour and Reception will be indoors as well in a separate building. The indoor spaces also have an updated HVAC system that meets COVID standards.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

5:15pm arrival is stated on our invitation. We recommend that you arrive anywhere from 5-5:15pm which will ensure you have time to say hello to others, grab a lemonade or water, maybe take a photo at our greenery wall, and then secure your seat. The ceremony will be started PROMPTLY at 5:30pm so we can get the party started as scheduled!

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE IN NEW JERSEY THIS TIME OF YEAR?

Answer

The temperatures in New Jersey in April are typically quite cold with temperatures between 46°F and 57°F. There's going to be many days of rain during the month of April in New Jersey. Luckily, our ceremony and reception are both indoors with a covered thirty second walk between each building.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

Answer

We love you and you will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. All RSVPs are due no later than March 27th.

WHERE IS YOUR WEDDING HOTEL BLOCK?

Answer

Please simply scroll back up to the top and press on "Travel & Stay". This tab has all the information for our hotel block. One thing to note: March 16th is the deadline to book under our block!

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

Answer

After the ceremony, guests can head straight into the main building where cocktail hour will take place. We will jump right into the fun with no pause or break! Once you arrive, you are here!
