Can my children attend the wedding?

Answer

While we love kids (we are both teachers!) we hope to have a ceremony and reception without young children. The terrain of the venue is not meant for young ones. If you cannot make other arrangements for your young ones, we do understand and would welcome your children! We just ask you keep an eye on them with the waterfall present, as well as lots of steps/hills around!

What's the weather like in Texas in January?

Answer

This is truly a question that is... unanswerable. We have had ice in January before... we have also had 70 degree days. Be flexible and check the forecast before! Layers are a good idea. If the weather is terrible that day, we will be moving the ceremony to a covered area with heaters. Reception is completely indoors.

I want to get a real gift...!

Answer

With both of us being in our thirties, we have plenty of things. At this time in our life, we want to experience. We both want to purchase a home soon, and also go on a honeymoon. Those things cost money, and as teachers, it's not something we have an abundance of! Please consider donating to our cash fund. As our gift to you, we will absorb the 2.5% fee!
