Jada's Wedding Party

Lil and Jada’s friendship began in the most modern way—meeting on a dating app while both were looking for new friends. After months of messaging, they met for the first time at Olive Garden, where they had to convince their partners that meeting a stranger from the internet was a *great* idea! Over the time they've known each other, they shared countless adventures, from exploring Jacksonville’s hidden food spots to helping celebrate Jada and Anna's anniversary in Savannah. In such a short time, Lil has shown Jada immense love and support, becoming someone who will be in her life forever. Jada is beyond grateful to have such an amazing friend who truly has her back through everything stand by her side on her wedding day with many more special memories to come!

Ollie

Anna's Wedding Party

Ollie and Anna met each other at Penguin Project in 2022. They were both mentors with artists who were cast as cheerleaders so they were at every rehearsal together. Anna quickly took Ollie under her wing as she could tell they were a great person and figured they would be fast friends. Each year they have grown closer at Penguins and Anna was invited to Ollie’s graduation for SFX last year which she was honored to attend. Ollie is like the little sibling Anna never had. Anna has watched Ollie grow into who they are today and is excited to see who they will grow into. Anna is so proud of how they have grown as a mentor at Penguins which is a place dear to Anna’s heart. Anna is happy to have Ollie by her side as they have been so encouraging of Jay and Anna’s relationship. And they have been a great friend for the past three years.

Kyla

Jada's Wedding Party

Jada and Kyla have been inseparable since childhood, creating countless memories together. They spent countless nights binging TV shows and watching bad horror movies just to make fun of them. Through road trips, late-night Dunkin' runs, and sneaking out for McFlurrys at 16, they’ve shared tears, laughter, and every little adventure in between. Now, as they excitedly plan their weddings so close together, Jada couldn’t be more thrilled to continue making memories with Kyla by her side.

Deborah

Anna's Wedding Party

Deborah is one of the first people Anna felt safe enough to come out to. Since then Deborah and her husband Mitch have been some of Anna's biggest supporters. The love she has shown to Anna all of her life has helped Anna love others better. Deborah was kind enough to take the wonderful engagement photos while Anna and Jay visited Knoxville for Thanksgiving. Anna is so happy that Deborah agreed to be in her bridal party, especially since Anna asked her the wrong way the first time.

Lee

Jada's Wedding Party

Lee and Jada's friendship began in their early teen years, bonding over making "coke" (powdered sugar) covered brownies and hours of Monopoly, even though Jada always lost. They spent countless nights playing Minecraft, Fortnite, and COD Mobile, streaming their adventures and supporting each other through it all. Despite moves, distance, and life’s challenges, their connection has remained unwavering. Through every twist and turn, Lee and Jada have stayed the closest of friends, always there for each other, no matter what.

Maddie

Anna and Jay ran into Maddie at one of the first of many, many trips to the library this year. Immediately Anna knew that Maddie was absolutely someone to be friends with and invited her to trivia. Since then Anna has had such a wonderful time getting to know Maddie and her other library friends. Maddie and Anna have a few hyperfixations in common, including a love for dnd. Anna always loves to learn more about the ones she doesn’t know. Anna is honored to have Maddie agree to be a part of the bridal party and wedding which surprisingly won't feature books.

Deanna

Deanna has always been more than just an older sister to Jada—she's been a constant source of love and support throughout her life. From childhood memories of playing Barbies and enduring endless episodes of The Backyardigans, Dora, and Go Diego Go, to the countless moments of encouragement and guidance, Deanna has always had Jada’s back. Over the years, their bond has grown even stronger, and Jada is beyond grateful to have Deanna by her side as part of her wedding day.

Stephanie

Anna's Wedding Party

Stephanie and Anna met on a dating app while looking for friends in the early summer of 2023. They clicked on a lot of shared interests and Anna immediately invited Stephanie to Trivia where they had a blast even while only sometimes knowing the answer. Stephanie was there the day that Jay and Anna first met in person, she helped calm Anna's nerves beforehand and said what a great person Jay was afterward. Anna is so honored to have Stephanie as a part of her bridal party, though she is small she is mighty and has the best accessories.

Bridget

Jada’s Wedding Party

Jada and Bridget have been inseparable since they were seven, when their first playdate turned into a three-day sleepover. From that moment, Jada knew Bridget would be in her life forever—through all the ups and downs, they were practically attached at the hip. Even though life has taken them 1,000 miles apart at times, their bond has never broken. Now, having Bridget as my bridesmaid feels like a dream come true, and celebrating this day with her by my side is a beautiful reminder of the lifelong friendship and love we’ve built, no matter the miles between us.

Corrine

Anna’s Wedding Party

Anna and Corinne were not close growing up, with 11 years, different homes and a few states between them. They were able to grow super close in early 2017 through some hard times. There is physical distance again, and like all sisters they have rough patches, Anna knows that she can call and count on Corinne anytime. Corinne was one of the first people that Anna told about marrying Jay one day. Anna was introduced to Hayao Miyazaki films by Corinne, along with other movies and some tv shows that introduced new perspectives and new interests into Anna’s life. Anna is so pleased to have Corinne be a part of her bridal party, so she can stand up there with Anna as one of her and Jay’s biggest supporters as a couple.
