What is the address of the ceremony/reception venue?

Answer

The address is 6700 Azalea Garden Road, Norfolk, VA 23518. The ceremony and reception will be held in the same location.

What Happens If I Don't RSVP On Time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date, it will be marked as "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue & vendors in the timely manner they have given us. Thank you for understanding.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at 6pm. We recommend that you arrive around 5:00pm for the first set of trams to take you to the ceremony site at 5:15pm. The last set of trams leaves at 5:30pm, so make sure to be there at least at 5:00pm. The area is known for some traffic due to being so close the airport, so please check your maps and plan accordingly.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "the [Your Name] Family" if your children have been invited, "Mr. & Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited.

Can I bring a Guest / Date?

Answer

Your invitation will be made out to "[Your Name] and Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. We, unfortunately, cannot accommodate additional guests.

Is There A Dress Code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is "Garden Party" semi-formal attire. Ladies, please refrain from wearing white or ivory. Gentlemen, please refrain from wearing jeans/sweats/cargo pants.

Will the Ceremony and Reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside (weather permitting), and the reception will take place indoors with access to the outside!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and leave all cell phones or cameras in your purse or pocket during the ceremony. We have hired an awesome team of photographers/videographers to capture every detail of the wedding and we will of course share those photos with you afterwards! After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away!
