Where am I going?

Answer

Please note that the address on the invitations is INCORRECT. The correct address is 6275 Co Rd 313, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701. Directions from their website state: "Coming from North (Fruitland, Jackson area): Take I55 South – Take EXIT 99 (Cape Girardeau/Jackson) – Turn RIGHT onto MO 34 West – Continue approximately 1 tenth of a mile and turn LEFT onto Wedekind Road – Continue approximately 2 tenths of a mile and turn LEFT onto Old Cape Road/ County Road 312 (County Road 312 becomes 313) – Destination will be approximately 1.5 miles down the road on LEFT-hand side of the road (There is a house on the right-hand side of the driveway you must turn into in order to reach the venue). Coming from South (Cape Girardeau/Scott City area): Take I55 North – Take EXIT 96 (Cape Girardeau) – Turn RIGHT onto William Street/ MO K – Continue approximately 2 tenths of a mile then turn LEFT onto Mount Auburn Street – Drive approximately 1.4 miles then turn LEFT onto Hopper Road at stoplight (Hopper Road becomes County Road 314) – Continue approximately 2.4 miles, then turn RIGHT onto County Road 313 – Destination is about 0.4 miles on the RIGHT-hand side (There is a house on the right-hand side of the driveway that you must turn into in order to reach venue)."

Why does my invitation not include a ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be a small private ceremony at a different location earlier in the day. Due to limited seating at the church and our desire for intimacy, only immediate family and the wedding party will be in attendance. We thank you for your understanding and would love to see you at our reception!!

Why isn't the RSVP working?

Answer

If you are having trouble RSVPing online, or your RSVP is missing people in your household or has extra people, it is likely due to an error on our end. We worked hard to make sure all our lists were correct and updated, but mistakes happen. Please reach out to Tara, Jacqui, or Noah and we will try to get it sorted out.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Probably! We want you to have fun and be comfortable but, we also need to know how many people to expect. Your invitation may have included a plus one if we expected you to bring a date. If it did not (or should have) and you would like to bring a date or a friend, please let us know!

What do I wear?

Answer

The dress code will be semi-formal. We understand it will be hot and our top priority is for you to be comfortable. Feel free to dress up, but wear something that you can dance in!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We love kids and will have activities for them at the reception. If you have any questions or concerns about bringing your littles, please reach out!

Will there be food? What if I have an allergy?

Answer

A light meal will be provided. If you have an allergy or need any kind of dietary accommodations please let us know ahead of time and we can try to work something out.

Answer

Yes! Although you are by no means obligated to get us anything, all our registries are linked on this website under the "registry" tab. Gifts are not expected, but greatly appreciated.
