We recommend Denver International Airport (DIA). There is bus and train into the Denver Metro area (add complete instructions to get to hotels)

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking at the venue.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 2:45. Ceremony will start promptly at 3 PM (These times are not definitive just yet but will be in the next few weeks!)

Question

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Nope! The ceremony will be held just outside (weather allowing) of the reception building, hors d'oeuvres and cocktail hour will be right after.

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

Mountain formal/semi formal. Think rustic, romantic fall vibes! Flowy midi or maxi dresses and suits or sport coats in earthy or jewel tones; Please choose shoes you can walk in on uneven ground and bring a warm layer in case its a bit chilly on the wedding day.

Question

Is the wedding Inside or Outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside unless there is inclement weather, in which the ceremony will be moved inside. The reception will be held inside the venue's reception hall which has upstairs and downstairs indoor areas as well as a few outdoor balconies.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at our ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us. But during the reception, take as many photos/videos as you would like! We will have a shared album for you to upload any photos after the event is over. We may even be supplying some disposable cameras for guests to use during the reception.

Question

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

Of course!

Question

What weather should we prepare for?

Answer

Typical temperatures in early November are between 40-60 degrees, sometimes dropping into the 30s. We get plenty of sun year round as well, but be prepared in case there are cool temps on the wedding day. Closed toe shoes, light jackets, long sleeves may be the best option.

Question

How is the transportation to the venue?

Answer

If you would rather not drive yourself, Ubers, Lyfts, etc do go up the venue, but it is strongly recommended you book your ride beforehand. All roads are paved and there will be no scary mountain driving :)

Question

Will there be food for special dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes! We will have vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free options.

Question

Are Sarah and Robert doing a registry?

Answer

We are doing a honey moon fund! If you would like to donate some money for us to go on our dream honeymoon we would greatly appreciate it! If you truly want to gift us something physical as well, we love cards and letters!

Question

Why are they getting married on a monday?

Answer

You wouldn't believe how much more it would cost to do this on a Friday/Saturday. Our love is priceless but our wallets are not LOL. Here is a silver lining though: weekend vacay in Colorado before the wedding!!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Heck yeah! We do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to attend the after-party, as drinks after the reception will not be covered.

Question

Could you suggest places to eat, drink and see while I'm in town for your wedding?

Answer

Check out the "Things to Do" section of website to see some of our favorite spots to eat, drink and explore in our city.
