HOTEL SHUTTLE INFO : After landing at Dulles (IAD), call 571-639-3060 to request hotel shuttle pickup. Location: On baggage claim floor, exit via arrival door 7 (furthest right) and proceed down the center ramp. Then walk straight to 2nd curb and look for overhead green signage reading "2H" (will be furthest to the right facing away from the airport). This is where the shuttle will meet you. In addition, wedding day transportation is provided by "Road Yachts" to and from the Tru Hilton Hotel and Birkby House. See the "Schedule" page for transfer times.

For our out-of-town guests, we recommend flying into Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). Our hotel provides free shuttle service for your arrival and departure needs from 7am - 10pm.
