FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 15th, 2026. If we do not hear from you by then, we'll take it as a "no"- we'll miss celebrating with you!

Question

What if I RSVP yes but can’t make it anymore?

Answer

Life happens! If something changes, please tell us ASAP. Final guest counts are important for seating, meals, and planning, and early notice truly helps us so much.

Question

Can I bring a plus one or my kid(s)?

Answer

If your invitation on Zola shows a plus one or your kid(s) name(s), then yes! Otherwise, your invite is just for you. Since we’re hosting and budgeting for the wedding ourselves, we’re keeping the celebration intimate and can only accommodate those listed on the invitation.

Question

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

There are two nearby airports: Hilo, Hawaiʻi (ITO) and Kailua-Kona, Hawaiʻi (KOA). We recommend KOA, as it's typically more affordable and offers more flight options. It is approximately 35.5 miles (about 45 minutes) from the venue, while ITO is 60.7 miles (about 90 minutes) away.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

It depends on your adventure! Hotels and resorts are available across the island (all a drive from the wedding), and Airbnbs are awesome if you hui up (team up) with friends or family.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 3:00 PM so you have time to park, find your seat, and get settled before the ceremony begins at 3:30 PM.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is first come, first served. There’s a lot on site, and if needed, some folks usually park along the road nearby. Cheeheeee 🤙🏽

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for! We truly don’t need anything more. If you feel generous, we would be so grateful for a contribution toward our honeymoon or first home fund :)
