Hunter’s always been about baseball. Jackie? She got into the numbers side of the game back in high school. Somehow, the sport that kept Hunter on the field and Jackie in the stats book ended up bringing them together—thanks to Instagram. The first “hello” wasn’t smooth (Jackie slid into Hunter’s DMs thinking she was talking to a friend about meeting her dog 🐶). But hey, it worked.. now Jackie has Dakota-Mae to thank! Not long after, Jackie talked her cousin Mona into driving 1.5 hours to Kona just so she could lei Hunter at his graduation 🌺. Turns out, they were both headed to the University of Portland. From then on, the timing just… clicked.
