Do I have to mail back the RSVP?

Answer

Yes, we have included a stamp, so all that is needed is your name and number of guests. Those who do not mail back the RSVP will not be included in the final count for our Wedding Day.

Can I bring my kids/plus one?

Answer

This event will be adults only(21+)! If they aren’t specifically named on the invitation unfortunately they will not be able to attend due to our venue and catering service having a guest limit.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask for our guests to wear “cocktail attire”. A nice dress or pantsuit for the women- please avoid shades of white and dress slacks, a button down shirt and tie for the men. Please note the venue does not permit blue jeans or sneakers.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 15-30 minutes before to ensure you do not miss anything.

What time is dinner?

The buffet will open at 6pm.

Will there be places to stay nearby?

Answer

With the venue being about an hour away from Dubuque, we have suggested on our travel page places closer to the venue that you can stay at.

Can I leave my vehicle there over night?

Answer

Yes! The venue does ask you pick up your car by 11 am the following morning as they have weddings on Sundays as well. If not picked up by 11 am the venue will have the vehicle towed.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Yes, smoking is allowed on the premises but NOT allowed under the pavilion or in any of the buildings. Outside Only.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! Cocktail hour and the reception will be an open bar.
