Hard working, ambitious, strong, and the best mother on the planet, this woman does it all! If she’s not slinging amazing homes in the Saint Louis area she’s with her family working on her mother of the year award (Max already plans to ask her everything about balancing work and kids when the time comes!) While Max and Christa are both busy women, Christa always makes time to talk when Max has a moment and needs a friend. She’s been there for Max through the ups and downs and has helped her grow more than she will ever truly know. It was a no brainer when it came time for Max to decide who she wanted by her side for her wedding….the friend that told her “This is your husband” after her first date with Jon!

Jon’s original baby bro, sneakerhead, and sports aficionado. Hardest working man, yet as chill as they come! When injuries sidelined Joe just as he was beginning to make a name for himself in the pro wrestling indie circuit, he pivoted and parlayed his sports knowledge into his second wind as a sideline reporter and morning debate show host on ESPN8 (“The Ocho!”)

Max and Ornella met when she moved into Max’s apartment building. They often crossed paths in the hallway. One day, Max heard something at her front door and opened it to find Ornella’s dog Stitch, who just walked in like he owned the place. She invited his human in too, and that was that! This became a regular thing; Max would hear Stitch, open the door, and they would all hang out! Eventually, hanging out became a daily occurrence. In fact, Max was WITH Ornella when she matched with Jon on tinder! It was “Covid Summer” that she became family. All summer, things were closed. Who better to be “stuck” with than Ornella?! Every weekend Jon was over, Ornella would show up with her switch to play Mario Kart or vice versa. They cooked, gamed, sat outside and enjoyed sunsets… She even helped throw a birthday gathering for Jon with the “Covid Crew” for his birthday! Ornella is the friend everyone deserves to have, and everyone should strive to be. She will do anything for her friends and will tell you what you need to hear, not want! It was Ornella that rallied Max up to go back to school, and it was Ornella that helped her evolve her way of thinking to turn her ebay hobby into a business. She was there when they matched and she’s here for I do! It’s perfect!! Everyone deserves to have a friend like her. And that’s exactly why she will be right there with Max!
Nelson Miller

Jon’s brother and godson, jack of all trades with too many hobbies and hustles to name, and one of the funniest people you’ll ever meet. Co-founded the short-lived Conquistadors breakdance crew with Jon (named for the song by Binary Star, one of their favorite jams when practicing their moves; look it up, that joint still goes hard today!) back in the mid-aughts. Because he also studied martial arts under Sweet Tooth Jones at The Hollywood School of Self Defense, it is a widespread belief that the breakdance-fused fighting style seen in the Samurai Champloo series was ripped directly from Nelson’s repertoire… in which case, CrunchyRoll needs to cut a few checks!
Christina Krueger

Christina is a mutual and dear friend of both Jon and Max. They had all crossed paths before at Max’s old apartment building, but it wasn’t until Summer of 2020 that Christina became family. Faced with a problem with the landlord, Christina turned to Max to help with her issue. Jon happened to be on vacation when this happened and they all ended up in the “sunset spot” hanging out. Life threw them multiple signs that Christina was supposed to be part of their lives that evening-hawks flight by, shooting stars… Jon and Max adopted her that day, and became their mutual “little sister” Much like Ornella, Christina was “stuck” at the old apartment building during COVID, and was a huge part of the 2020 “Parkleigh Family”. One of the brightest lights out there! If you ever have a bad day, Christina is the one to call! It’s almost impossible to be in anything but a great mood when she’s around! How could we NOT have our “kid sister” in our wedding! WE LOVE YOU!!
Stephen Miller

The youngest of the Miller Bros. but far from a runt (he legit outgrew ALL of the siblings!), avid gamer and expert in all things fantasy, sci-fi and comic related and a genius since birth. Many thought Stephen would have followed the path of Padawan and eventual Master in the order of Jedi, but he instead went on to focus on conquering academia and the business world. Rumors abound that he fights crime and corruption at night as a masked hero. He will neither confirm, nor deny said allegations.
