Maumee Bay Lodge & Conference Center

On the shore of Lake Erie and in beautiful Maumee Bay State Park, Maumee Bay Lodge & Conference Center will be the site of all wedding events! Until April 18th, the lodge offered a wedding block with various lodging options at discounted rates. Although we are past the deadline, you may still be able to book at these rates by calling Julia Larsen with the Maumee Bay Lodge at 419-836-0013; please reference the Laurell Brink Wedding block and the Group Code 10B8UM. - 2 Queen Beds: $187/night - 1 King Bed: $205-$230/night - Lofts with 4 Beds (Queens/Twins): $260/night - 2 Bedroom Cottages (Sleeps up to 6): $270/night - 4 Bedroom Cottages (Sleeps up to 12): $330-$410/night Room rates do not include taxes and fees. Double queen rooms are available for either one- or two-night stays, but the other room options must be booked for at least two nights. Booking early is suggested and encouraged - there will be less availability the later you book!

Holiday Inn Express Toledo-Oregon

Although we don't have a block reserved here, we suggest this hotel as a potentially more affordable alternative to the Lodge. The Holiday Inn is just a 15-minute drive from the Lodge & Conference Center.

Maumee Bay State Park Campground

Why stay in a state park lodge when you can stay in a state park campground? If you're asking yourself this question, you might be a Brink, and you're in luck! Maumee Bay State Park campground is only two miles from the lodge, and features running water, flush bathrooms, and all the amenities you may need.

Flight

Detroit Metro Airport

The Detroit airport is about an hour drive from Maumee Bay State Park Lodge and Conference Center. If you are flying, please let us know when you RSVP or at jlaurell34@gmail.com and we can help arrange your transportation to Maumee Bay.

Train

Amtrak

If you, like Jackie, think train is the best way to travel, several Amtrak lines stop in Toledo, including lines from Boston and DC. The Toledo Amtrak station is about 20 minutes from Maumee Bay State Park Lodge and Conference Center. If you are arriving by train, please let us know when you RSVP or at jlaurell34@gmail.com and we can help arrange your transportation to Maumee Bay.
