Slopeside accommodations in a classic high-alpine lodge are just steps from the ceremony and reception. The Hotel has a variety of rooms, from cozy quarters for couples to deluxe family suites that sleep up to six guests. All wedding events will be taking place at Sugar Bowl Resort. Bookings for the July 14th - 16th weekend are now available. Sugar Bowl Ski Resort grounds and The Hotel will only be available to our guests for the weekend. There are also larger capacity cabins on site which guests can book. Please email pennding2023@gmail.com (this is Jackie and Devin's wedding email) if you have any questions. Rooms are already filling up fast and there are only a handful of rooms available. For anyone planning on booking at the hotel or cabins on site, you will need to call to officially reserve your room/cabin. Please call Jose Yi (hotel and property rentals manager) at 530-426-6742, Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm to reserve. Sugar Bowl does not do online booking, you will need to call. For anyone on the Allocation List please let Jose know when you reserve and give him your full name so he knows what room was assigned under your name

If you do not wish to stay in The Hotel at Sugar Bowl, there are other options in the Norden/Soda Springs area such as Airbnb and Vrbo. There are also hotel options in Truckee, CA (20 minute drive from Sugar Bowl). In addition, there are a number of condo rentals, including Donner Lake Village, as well as Vrbo and AirBnb rentals in the Donner Lake area near Truckee, CA. The drive from Donner Lake to Sugar Bowl using old Highway 40 is a shorter drive than from hotels in Truckee. Please note that this is a curvy mountain road with few railings.
