All guests have been included in the invitation. If you have a question about bringing a potential date feel free to reach out to the bride or groom.
We are limiting children to families traveling from out of town. However, if this precludes you from attending, please reach out!
Both the ceremony and reception are at The Inn, which has plenty of parking available. Additional parking is available at the lodge, which is a very short walk away. If you are staying at a nearby rental, there will be a shuttle available to help with transportation around the resort.
If your desire is to be as close to the festivities as possible, accommodations on Cake Box Lane, Sweet Shop Lane or Big Hill Drive are a very short walk from the venue. Additionally, rooms at the Suncadia Lodge or The Inn at Suncadia are very close.
The reception dinner will be buffet style with plenty of food options for all diets and needs. As we plan the menu, it will be helpful to know guests dietary needs. Please reach out to us directly if you have specific needs.
Weather permitting, both the welcome party and ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be in an outdoor covered tent. Please plan accordingly.
It is unlikely to rain in late June with temperatures remaining relatively moderate. Expect highs in the mid 70s dropping to mid 50s at night.
