The ceremony will start promptly at 11:00 am.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

We kindly ask that guest arrive by 10:30 am so that we can start promptly at 11:00 am.

What is the wedding attire?

Answer

Our celebration will take place outside in cooler weather (50s & 60s), so we recommend attire that’s stylish yet seasonally appropriate such as cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and suits in lighter hues.

When should I arrive in town?

Answer

In order to have sufficient time, all guests should arrive by Thursday evening. This way you don't need to get up extra early on Friday.

Where should I stay while attending the wedding?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will take place at the Hacienda Hotel. All members of the wedding party will be staying at the Hacienda Hotel.

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

The closest two airports are the following: Tampa International Airport (34 miles) and St. Petersburg Clearwater International Airport (26 miles).

Should I rent a car?

Answer

Once in New Port Richey, everything is very close and within walking distance. However, given that both airports are at least a half an hour or so away, a rental car is suggested.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

A brunch menu along with wedding cake, mimosas, coffee, tea, and water will be served.
