Best Man
Duncan Whitlock, known in the Topeka are as Mr. Highriser, has been a constant in the groom's life since the two met during 6th grade. Duncan was drawn to Aaron because of his incredible three point shot. Duncan and the groom have shared many memories doing a variety of things over the years including basketball camps, video games, and even living with each other this past summer in Arizona. He keeps it real and is never afraid to tell it like it is.
Bridesmaid
Katelyn, another lifelong friend will be standing at the bride's side on her wedding day. As girls, these two played dress up, rode four-wheelers, and regularly hosted Taylor Swift concerts in their Grandma's basement. The two share a love for shopping, HuHot, and helping people. Katelyn is seeking to become a Speech Pathologist. maybe Jacqueline and Katelyn will own their own business together at OT and Speech Path! And we can only hope for a surprise T-Swift concert at the wedding from these two.
Groomsman
The groom's longest friendship goes to this guy right here. Joel and the groom met at church before they could even speak and have been friends for over 20 years. While Joel did not get to be apart of the Jardine dynasty, he was quickly included into he Jardine crew once we arrived in high school. Joel was the Homecoming King (which caused Alec to lose focus and lose us a football game) and was a state champion high jumper. Joel and the groom also lived together in college at KU last year.
Bridesmaid
The groom's sassy and kindhearted sister. Alynne and Jacqueline both love sports, Disney, and of course the groom. The bride helped her future sister-in-law with her makeup for her senior prom and even after stabbing her in the eye repeatedly with an eyeliner pen, the relationship has thrived. Alynne is selfless, she loves God and people with ferocity, and she's become one of Jacqueline's very good friends in a short amount of time.

My name is Alec Beatty and I recently graduated from Macalester College, a small D3 school in St. Paul, Minnesota. Aaron and I have been good friends ever since 3rd grade when Aaron started going to school with me We would continue going to school together until graduating from Topeka High School in 2015. Due to schooling and our houses proximity, Aaron and I spent an abundance of our childhood together, playing video games, swimming, organizing sandlot pick-up games, biking, and running rampant throughout the Briarwood neighborhood. As we got older, Aaron and I participated on many athletic teams together through school and share a love and passion for sports. Even though college separated us, Aaron and I have stayed in touch and I’m so excited to be in his wedding!

Oh where to begin! Logan and the bride lived together freshman but should've become friends long before then. Both girls played the USTA junior tennis circuit for several years and during that time they kept to themselves and were pretty much loners. If only they would've known they'd both sign to Washburn and become best friends. Jacqueline and Logan have been through quite a bit together since their freshman year of college. They've sat on the floor and spoon fed themselves out of a gallon tub of ice cream , cried together while watching wedding video (we'd bet they'll be bawling 10 minutes in to the wedding), and hosted many roomie dance partiesr (aka Club 305). We aren't entirely sure if either girl would've made it through freshman year without the other.
Groomsman
Sir Charles grew up as a rival playing on multiple teams growing up that destroyed the grooms'. For that reason, he will stand furthest away from the groom during the ceremony because Aaron is still not over it. He is in the wedding party in hopes that his dad will make his famous ribs for the bachelor party. Ike has been a great friend that loves to keep things light hearted, but also knows when to take things seriously. That is one of the reasons he made it through college faster than the rest of us. The only thing Ike loves talking about more than his Swedish heritage is Patrick Mahomes. Ike can also ride a unicycle so that’s kinda neat.
Bridesmaid
Madi and Jacqueline have been friends since Freshman year of college. Madi lived two doors down on the same floor in Lincoln Hall. They shared a lot of memories freshman year and have been living together since the fall semester! Madi played soccer all throughout high school and ran cross country for two years at Washburn. Both are in the same major at Washburn and will graduate this coming Spring! Madi will be attending Cleveland University in Overland Park, KS, next fall for Chiropractic school!
