Ground Transportation

Round trip group transportation to/from the resort is included in the resort booking fee. Once you have booked your flights, email transfers@ourdestinationweddings.com the following information: The wedding couple's name. A copy of your flight confirmation - Typed flight details and airline confirmation numbers alone cannot be accepted. Flight confirmation must clearly show: Name of Airline(s), Flight Numbers, Dates and Times of arrival and departure Arrival and Departure Flight Routes (From/To airports, eg. PHL to CUN) A contact phone number where the transportation company can reach you upon arrival. Names of all guests this itinerary applies to. If you are rooming with someone not flying with you, please include their full flight info and contact number.
