Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, Black tie! For specific photo aesthetics, we are requiring all guests to be dressed in black tie attire. Ladies: Black cocktail dress or gown. Gentlemen: Black formal tux or black suit w/tie. We can’t wait to celebrate this special day with all of you in your elegant black attire!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-on occasion, with the exception of those in the wedding party.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

You most certainly may bring a plus one to Costa Mujeres to help offset cost, as double-occupancy is more affordable than single-occupancy. However, in order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. Thank you for your love and understanding!

Who should I contact for resort accommodation modifications or payments?

Answer

Please visit our travel site at https://love.ourdestinationweddings.com/jacorymilton to manage or cancel your reservation. Within the portal, you will also be able to set up recurring payments, make one-time payments, update the card on file, etc.

When is final balance due for the resort accommodations?

Answer

Final Balance is due on April 22, 2026. If your balance is not paid by this date, the card on file will automatically be charged to secure your reservation.

Why do I need to RSVP for the Final Sail Away Event only?

Answer

To ensure an accurate guest count for boat selection and pricing, we kindly ask that guests RSVP only for this specific event. All other planned events are flexible and do not require an RSVP.

How do I arrange ground transportation to/from Cancun Airport?

Answer

Once you have booked your flights, email transfers@ourdestinationweddings.com the following information: The wedding couple's name. A copy of your flight confirmation - Typed flight details and airline confirmation numbers alone cannot be accepted. Flight confirmation must clearly show: Name of Airline(s), Flight Numbers, Dates and Times of arrival and departure Arrival and Departure Flight Routes (From/To airports, eg. PHL to CUN) A contact phone number where the transportation company can reach you upon arrival. Names of all guests this itinerary applies to. If you are rooming with someone not flying with you, please include their full flight info and contact number.
