Who doesn't like a welcome Aperol Spritz to start the weekend? Enjoy a classic aperitivo at an informal gathering for guests to enjoy drinks, light snacks, and mainly get to know one another. Recommended not to go too heavy as we have a pretty packed agenda for the day after ;)

Hiking - From Corniglia to Vernazza

The beautiful scenery of the Cinque Terre is best experienced from the cliff views we will enjoy on this hike. The 5 villages are connected by a hiking trail, and we will hike the segment from Manarola to Vernazza. It's around 1.5 miles (2.4 Km) and is one of the most scenic sections of the whole natural park. The hike will end in the picturesque central square of Vernazza, which inspired the Disney movie "Luca". From there everyone is invited to join a pesto making class. Wear comfortable clothes, and closed toe shoes. There are fines for sandals and flip flops (really). Bottle of water recommended.
Pesto Class & Lunch

Learn to make the traditional pesto following the old Italian method of using fresh basil and mortar. Pesto is a typical dish from this part of Italy and you won't find any better flavor than here in Cinque Terre. Classes will be offered in English and Italian and we will have pasta together with the amazing pesto that you make.

More details will be provided at the Venue. You just show up prepared to have fun (and bring your competitive streak). Workout/causal clothing (Dress like you are going to the gym -same as hike)

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Ceremony in the olive garden followed by dinner and celebration. Bring your best dance moves! Please note that this is an outdoor event which requires walking on grass and other terrain that your stilettos may not appreciate. Semi Formal: No need for full black tie, but if you show up in flip flops, you will be served water instead of wine.
