The ceremony and reception will both take place at Trentadue Winery from 5:00pm-10:00pm on Saturday October 7, 2023!
Yes! We will be providing free transportation shuttles to and from the hotel! The shuttles will leave the Holiday Inn Windsor at 3:45pm! The shuttle will pick up right outside the lobby area of the hotel. Please note there is only one shuttle pick up time. Shuttles will be going back to the hotel throughout the night with the last shuttle leaving when the wedding ends at 10pm. There is also parking at the venue. Please keep in mind that it is incredibly difficult to find ubers in the area especially late at night. Please plan accordingly!
We recommend that you plan to arrive around 4:45pm! Our ceremony will start right at 5:00pm!
Yes, our dress code is cocktail attire. Nice jeans are ok because Jacob hates slacks! Our ceremony is on the lawn so we recommend women wear block heels or wedges instead of stilettos!

In October Geyserville typically has a high of 80 with a low of 50. We do recommend bringing a sweater because it can get chilly at night and our wedding is all outdoors!

We kindly ask that you put your phone and cameras away during our wedding ceremony! We encourage you to take as many photos as you would like during our reception! Please share them with us! We would love to see them!
