Transportation will be provided from the hotel to the venue! The shuttles will leave the Holiday Inn Windsor at 3:45pm! The shuttle will pick up right outside the lobby area of the hotel. Please note there is only one shuttle pick up time. Shuttles will be going back to the hotel throughout the night with the last shuttle leaving when the wedding ends at 10pm. Our ceremony will start right at 5:00pm! We recommend that you plan to arrive around 4:45pm if you do not plan to use the provided transportation! 5:00 PM- 5:30 PM: Wedding Ceremony 5:30 PM- 6:30 PM: Cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres 6:30 PM- 10:00 PM: Dinner and reception
