REHEARSAL DINNER A shuttle will take guests from THE FORUM to POTTERS CIDER at 5:15 pm. Please meet in front of the hotel. WELCOME PARTY Return loops will be made to the Omni at 9 pm and at 10 pm. WEDDING Guests will be picked up The Forum Hotel and The Omni Hotel at 5:00 pm. The Omni Hotel is a great spot for any downtown hotels or airbnbs. The exact pick up location is the OMNI/WATER STREET BUS STOP. The Omni Front Desk is aware and can point you in the right direction. There will be early shuttles back to both hotels at 10 pm and 10:30 pm and the final bus back will be at 11:45 pm. There will be an after party bus back to the Omni / Downtown location at 1 am and 2 am. Additionally, if you miss your bus, you will be responsible for getting your own transportation. Fly Directly Into Charlottesville

Fly into Charlottesville–Albemarle Airport (CHO) directly and then use an airport shuttle, Uber or Lyft to your accommodation. The airport is approximately 24 minutes from downtown Charlottesville where most hotels are located.

Fly directly into Washington DC

All Washington DC airports are located in Northern Virginia. Fly into Dulles International Airport (IAD) or Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) and then take public transportation or a car service into Washington DC. For the wedding, you can travel from Washington DC Union Station (WAS) to Charlottesville (CVS) by train via AMTRAK (approximately 2.5 hours).
