If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
Yes. Feel free to bring your little ones if you'd like, though please note that the hotel block and the reception location are a 10 - 15 minute drive away.
Yes! Cat Bow Farm is situated on a lake and even into late September the temps for swimming can be great... ie. refreshing! We encourage swimsuits and would love to take a dip with any adventurous friends and family!
September's average temperature is 70*, though one can never know. We're hoping for a beautiful sunny fall day, but plan to pack for anything (even rain). It will cool off in the evening, so make sure to add a layer. The reception will be hosted in a retired barn, so it might come in handy, though we hope you'll dance it off as the evening progresses.
Thanks for asking. For many of you, this might be your first time coming to the often-overlooked Granite State. We (especially Sophia) are thrilled to welcome you to this beautiful, rugged, independently-minded State which boasts the coolest motto in the US - "Live Free or Die." Though you won't get to see our State Emblem, the Old Man in the Mountain, in the flesh, err... granite (he fell in 2003 ), you will get to see and for those interested, explore, the White Mountains during their most beautiful season. New Hampshire in September and October is a haven for leaf peepers seeking the fall foliage and we hope New Hampshire will put on a show for you! New Hampshirites are also proud of our maple syrup, our first-in-the-nation primary status, and holding the Guinness Book World Record for the strongest winds ever recorded (see our "things to do" for more info on Mount Washington). We highly recommend you sample an apple cider donut and maple sugar candy at some point over the weekend.
