No! Everything is close enough for rideshares, and downtown Charleston parking can be challenging. We recommend using Uber or Lyft during your stay.
Our wedding is on Friday, and we recommend arriving by Thursday, December 3rd at the latest so you have time to settle in and enjoy Charleston. We're hosting casual welcome drinks on Thursday evening for anyone who's in town - we'd love to see you there if you can make it.
We love your little ones, but we've planned an adults-only celebration to allow all our guests to relax and enjoy the evening. We hope this gives parents a well-deserved night out, maybe even a parents weekend away!
We're keeping our celebration intimate with close friends and family. We've reserved seats for those specifically listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be addressed to both of you by name.
Please arrive by 4:15pm to be seated. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm. We have the venue for 4.5 hours, so we'll be starting right on time to make the most of our evening together!
Yes, there's a parking lot about 50 yards from the building. The venue will provide a golf cart shuttle between parking and the ceremony/reception space. However, we recommend taking an Uber/Lyft to avoid drinking and driving and to make your evening more relaxed.

Yes! We will have passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour and stations for dinner options.
Yes! The ceremony will be outdoors on the lawn, just steps from the reception space. If weather doesn't cooperate, we have a beautiful covered deck as our backup plan.
Our wedding will be during December in Charleston, it's usually 50-65°F. If you're coming from New England, it basically feels like summer. We are having an outdoor ceremony & an indoor reception We recommend cocktail attire, but most importantly, we want you to be comfortable and wear something you can dance in.
