Question

Can I smoke at the venue?

Answer

We're in wildfire country, so we're keeping things flame-free! If you need a nicotine fix, vapes are totally welcome – just no smoking, matches, or lighters. Mother Nature will thank you, and so will we!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Casual Attire We want you to look great and feel comfortable celebrating with us! Think dress pants with a nice button-up shirt, a stylish sundress, or similar polished yet relaxed attire. Outdoor Venue Considerations: • The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors on even ground. If you’re planning to wear heels, wedges, block heels, or low heels will be most comfortable. • Evening temperatures can drop, so consider bringing a light jacket or wrap depending on the weather forecast. • The sun is quite intense at our altitude, so fair-skinned guests may want to bring sunscreen for the ceremony.

Question

How will the altitude impact me?

Answer

Park City is 7,000 feet above sea level. If you are coming from sea level there are a few things you should do to ensure you do not experience altitude sickness. - Arrive fashionably early. If possible, come to PC a few days before the wedding to let your body adjust. Not only will this help you feel up to dancing the night away on our wedding day, but is a great spot to explore and make your trip a mini vacation. Check out our things to do page for more information. - Drink lots of water. Because of the altitude, you will get dehydrated more quickly then you would at sea level. Drinking lots of water will help you avoid feeling the effects of the altitude. - Booze hits different. Fair warning – drinks pack more punch up here. At higher altitudes you will feel the effects of alcohol more intensely then you would at sea level. One drink feels more like two at 7,000 feet. So sip smart! - Sun exposure. The sun will be stronger at this altitude. If you are fair skinned, make sure you bring sunscreen and reapply often if you are spending any time outside. - Respiratory & other Medical issues. If you use an inhaler or other medical aids, definitely pack them. Please make sure you bring it with you. If you have any concerns about the altitude please reach out to Sam or Jacob :)
