What will attire be?

Western Formal We would love it if you wore your Cowboy hats and Cowgirl boots! Only the Bride will be wearing white!

What to expect during cocktail hour?

We will have a Cowboy hat bar, so bring yours! Make sure to take a pic at our Photo Booth! Grab a drink at our open bar! Craving coffee instead? Head to our Coffee bar!

What will be served?

Answer

We will be serving BBQ! We apologize in advance if this does not suit your diet. No outside food will be allowed in the venue.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us. It will also get in the way of our photographer.

Can I bring a guest date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

NO KIDS PLEASE. We apologize for the inconvenience, but children other than the wedding party won’t be able to attend.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st. Please click the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume you are unable to attend.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00p.m. so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. This will also give you time to park.
