We’re so excited to celebrate with you! We invite guests to dress in formal garden party attire - soft floral's, pastels, and flowing, elevated silhouettes. This is not a black-tie event, but we’d love for you to get dressed up and embrace the spirit of the celebration. No jeans please! The ceremony will take place outdoors in September, when Indiana often experiences a mix of sunshine and gentle breezes. The reception will be held indoors, so please feel free to dress up while keeping comfort in mind for the transition between spaces.
We truly wish we could invite everyone’s loved ones, but due to limited space, we can only accommodate those who have received a formal invitation. If you have been given a plus one, you will see it indicated on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We’ve reserved a block of rooms at both the Holiday Inn and the Hampton Inn in Whitestown. You’ll find all the details under the Travel tab. If those blocks fill up, no worries—there are plenty of other great hotel options nearby in Whitestown, Zionsville, and Westfield!
All guests are invited to join the bride and groom for drinks and socialization to kick off the wedding weekend. The event will take place from 8:30 to 10 PM in the conference room at the Hampton Inn in Whitestown. Please feel free to come and go as you please in an open house fashion.
Parking is available for all guest vehicles at the venue. Cars may be left overnight if needed, but must be picked up by 8:00 AM on Sunday morning. Uber and Lyft operate in the area, though availability may be limited, so please plan accordingly and make the safest choice for your ride home at the end of the evening. Please note that RV parking is not available at the venue.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM EST. Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.
The reception will end at 10:00 PM EST.
We have separated some RSVP entries for families with older children to help us keep organized. Try searching your last name to see everyone connected to your group. If someone still doesn’t show up, just let us know—we’ll take a look and make sure we included everyone invited!
